  Noctilucent clouds should have their maximum at around this time here in Helsinki(60 deg N; 25 E). I have had three clear nights.

 14/15.7. a moderate display.
 15/16.7. a small display - three bands.
 16/17.7. A fairly bright and wide, heterogeneous area. Some billows.
