Few days ago, there was favorable weather conditions in
Central Finland for diamond dust halos. Ice crystals
formed with help of snow cannons of slalom slope built
a spetacular halo display few kilometers awy the slope.
One of Marko Mikkilä's photos is presented today on
www.spaceweather.com.
More photos are temporary available on net, but I should
ask observers, if I can tell the addresses.
