[A bit OT here, but oh for aurora to be common as to be nearly
uninteresting. Here at magnetic 47N it is quite a rare treat. I thought
this past event might be one of our few chances this solar cycle. Nope.

don't think we even have much of any chance of seeing NLCs here either.]
