Well spotted Jarmo! The disk at lower right looks like the sun. However, a little more research reveals that the sun was 1 deg below the horizon at launch (17.13 CST) so the object in the image must indeed be the Moon which was almost full and 5 deg above the horizon. The camera must therefore be pointing eastwards and the shadow is cast by the very high exhaust plume still in sunlight. A subtle piece of launch scheduling to have it point to the Moon or a nice coincidence?
