Dear Veikko,
We usually don't get good pollen coronas here in Fairbanks, but this year
has been a record year for pollen, as you can see at
http://www.tvcclinic.com/cgi-bin/calendar/calendar.pl
I think somewhere around May 21 was the highest. Unfortunately, the pollen
is mostly birch, which does not seem to give intriguing shapes. But the
stuff is everywhere, including a fine sprinkling of the stuff on the
kitchen
table, blown in through the open windows.
